Study Some Hematological , Biochemical In Patients Renal Chronic Failure in Hospital AL- Diwanya.

The aim study to study some hematological , biochemical in patients chronic renal faultier, to patients hospital diwanya general in AL- Diwanya city. Including study determination RBC, Hb, PCV, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, WBC, Platelet count and blood pressure . Biochemical parameters including measurement in serum level Fe+2 and TIBC, there also counts TS%, UIBC, and level in serum MDA, GSH.
The result show significant decrease (p <0.05) in RBC, Hb, PCV, and Platelets in male and female patient's chronic renal failure comparative with control. While significant increase (P <0.05) in total count WBC chronic renal failure for both sex compared with control.
Significant decrease (p <0.05) in value red blood indices MCH, MCV and MCHC in patients compared with value group control. While significant increase (p <0.05) in main RDW in patients compared with mains control.
Significant decrease (p <0.05) level iron serum in patient's renal failure compared with levels in iron serum control group. Showed the results study significant increase (p <0.05) TIBC to both sex with patients comparative control group. Found significant decrease (p <0.05) in ratio TS% to patients renal failure, while significant increased (p <0.05) UIBC to patients compared with control.
Show statistical analysis significant increased (p <0.05) in blood pressure, diastolic, systolic and mean BP in patient's renal failure both six compared with the control group.
Show results increased (p <0.05) in serum level MDA patients (male and female) compared with the control group, while significant increased (p <0.05) level GSH in serum patients both six compared with the control group,

إستهدفت هذه الدراسة تحديد التأثيرات السمية للمنغنيز في الغدة الدرقية وبعض المعايير الدمية والكيموحيوية ، الى جانب ذلك تقييم الدور الذي يمكن أن يؤديه كل من السيلينيوم والحديد في تقليل الآثار السمية للمنغنيز في ذكور الجرذان ولمدة اربعة اسابيع .
واستخدم في هذه الدراسة عينة عشوائية من ذكور الجرذان البيض (35) ، قسمت عشوائياً على خمسة مجاميع ، المجموعة الأولى C: عُدت مجموعة سيطرة وجُرعت بالمحلول الملحي الفسيولوجي ، وأعطيت العليقة الإعتيادية، والمجموعة الثانية G1: جرعت كلوريد المنغنيز بتركيز 150 ملغم كغم من وزن الجسم يومياً، والمجموعة الثالثة G2: جرعت كلوريد المنغنيز بتركيز 150 ملغم كغم من وزن الجسم، كما أعطيت سيلينات الصوديوم بتركيز 0.5 ملغم كغم من العليقة يومياً، والمجموعة الرابعة G3: جرعت كلوريد المنغنيز بتركيز 150 ملغم كغم من وزن الجسم، كما أعطيت كبريتات الحديدوز بتركيز 30 ملغم كغم من العليقة يومياً، والمجموعة الخامسة G4: جرعت كلوريد المنغنيز بتركيز 150 ملغم كغم من وزن الجسم، كما أعطيت سيلينات الصوديوم بتركيز 0.5 ملغم كغم من العليقة وكبريتات الحديدوز بتركيز 30 ملغم كغم من العليقة يومياً .
وبعد انتهاء مدة التجربة درست المعايير الآتية: المعايير الهرمونية وشملت (هرمون الثايروكسين T4 وهرمون الثايرونين ثلاثي اليود T3 وهرمون محفز الدرقية TSH ) ، أنزيمات الكبد وشملت ( AST ، ALT، ALP) والمعايير الدمية وشملت(عدد كريات الدم الحمر وتركيز الهيموكلوبين وحجم الخلايا المرصوص) في ذكور الجرذان.
أظهرت النتائج أن تجريع الجرذان بكلوريد المنغنيز قد أدى الى إنخفاض معنوي(P <0.05) في مستوى هرمون الثايروكسين T4 والثايرونين ثلاثي اليود T3 مع إرتفاع معنوي(P <0.05) في مستوى الهرمون المحفز للدرقية TSH لمدة اربعة اسابيع . في حين لوحظ حصول إرتفاع معنوي (P <0.05) في مستوى الأنزيمات الناقلة للأمين ( AST, ALT ) وأنزيم الفوسفاتيز القاعدي ALP . كما بينت النتائج إنخفاض معنوي(P <0.05) في معدل عدد كريات الدم الحمر وتركيز الهيموكلوبين وحجم الخلايا المرصوص لمدة أربعة أسابيع .
وإن إعطاء الحيوانات سيلينات الصوديوم وكبريتات الحديدوز كلاً على حدة أو الإثنين معاً بشكل متزامن مع كلوريد المنغنيز في المجاميع G4 , G3, G2 قد أدى الى حصول تحسن ملحوظ في المعايير المدروسة مقارنة مع المجموعة G1 التي جرعت كلوريد المنغنيز وقريباً في بعض الأحيان من مجاميع السيطرة، وبالأخص في المجموعة G4 التي أعطت أفضل النتائج للفعل التآزري لعنصري السيلينيوم والحديد في تقليل التأثيرات السمية التي سببها المنغنيز .

The paper introduces definitions for some properties of the soft set as balanced, absorbing and
convex. The study discusses a number of theorems and observations about these properties. A
definition for soft semi-norm space is introduced. The paper also proves one of the soft
pseudo metric space axioms which are introduced by [7]. It discusses some of the
propositions and theories related to the two spaces. A theory that explains the relation
between the two spaces is introduced.

Genetic study on Providencia rettgeri isolate from different clinical cases in Al-Diwaniya city

11 isolates were diagnosed belonging to Providencia rettgeri of 750 swab collected from intensive care units, burns lobbies, operation room and Urosurgery unit, also took swabs of medical devices and instruments used in hospitals in Al-Diwaniya city, for the period from 1/2/2012 to 3/1/2013. Isolates were diagnosed depending on molecular investigate to gene 16s Ribosomal.
Electrophoresis on agarose gel showed that all isolates containig on plasmidial bands and a tow plasmidial pattern and a carrier of a gene blaTEM and don’t carry gene blaSHv and CTX. also all isolates containig aph gene encoded to resist Aminoglygocides antibiotics and non-container qnr gene encoded for resist Quinolone antibiotics. While all isolates contain tet39 gene carried on the plasmid that encod to resist tetracycline antibiotic. Also investigated some of the genes encoded for some virulence factor and it appeared that all isolates carrying the gene cap encoded to produce a capsule in addition to a gene pap encoded for the invasion of P. rettgeri on the host and its adhesion as well as all isolates contain the gene encoded for system sidrophore.
The modes of transmission of microbial containing conjugations processes and transformation were studied and showed the possibility of plasmid transfer from donor cells the represented P. rettgeri to receptor cells the represented (E. coli MM294) And by 50% where it was noted that conjucation cells become resistant to many antibiotics in addition to transfer production recipe ß–lactamase. sodium dodsel sulfate (SDS) was used to make the process of curing to some isolates of P. rettgeri, this process was succeeded in getting rid of plasmidial bands belonging to the isolates as lost some of the characters of resistance to antibiotics and produce ß–lactamase.

Effect of different concentrations of nitrate andphosphate on Geosmin and 2-Methylisoborneol production by some species of cyanobacteria

This study is considered the first of its kind in Iraq, It deals with compounds that never had been studied in Iraq called taste and odour compounds, mostfrequent were geosmin and 2-MIB. Two species were identified as producers for taste and odour compounds, the first was Phormidium retzii produced geosmin and Microcoleus vaginatus produced 2-MIB which were recorded for the first time in the world as a producer. The headspace solid phase microextraction method was used to extract these two compounds from aqueous solution, which were used for the first time in Iraq.
Four concentrations of nitrate and phosphate were used (97, 350, 861 and 1500 µgNO3--N/L) and(12, 40, 400 and 870 µgPO4--P/L), for observing its effect upon the production of geosmin and 2-MIB by two cyanobacterial species.Themaximal productionofgeosmin was 281.38 ng/l occurred at 861µg NO3-N/L, whereas the higher production of 2-MIB was 296 ng/l occurred at the same concentration in the late of logarithmic phase. The high concentration of nitrate (1500 µgNO3--N/L) leaded to suppressed geosmin and 2-MIB productions.Themaximal productionofgeosmin was 132.2 ng/l occurred at 870µg PO4-P/L, whereas the higher production of 2-MIB was 167.2 ng/l occurred at the same concentration in the late logarithmic phase.

Measurement of Uranium and Thorium Series in Fertilizer Samples in Iraq Using Gamma Spectrometry Technique

The present work deals with identifying and determining the concentration of natural occurring radionuclides, 238U and 232Th series in fertilizers used in Iraq. A total of 20 samples collected from markets and farms. The gamma-ray spectrometer (HPGe) detector was used for measuring gamma ray spectra. The ranges of radioactivity levels of 214Pb, 214Bi, 212Pb, 208Tl and 228Ac are 402.53 – 17.09, 343.11– 2.50, 151.50 – 1.26, 67.62 – 1.12 and 42.84 – 3.53 Bqkg-1, respectively. The mean activities of 238U and 232Th series in fertilizers are 69.39 and 14.31 Bqkg-1 respectively. The obtained data are compared with available reported data from other countries in literature. The concentrations of 238U series and 232Th series in fertilizer are lower than the limit adopted in UNSCEAR (2000) reports, and within the limits of those used worldwide.

Study of Magnetic and Electrical Property for Different Types of Prepared Mesogenic Organo – Semiconductors

Synthesis and characterization were achieved for three mesogenic complexes of Schiff’s
base (mesogenic legand) with ions of (Cu+2, Co+2, and Mn+2) as the following structure:

The legand and their complexes have been characterized by a spectrophotometer Infrared
(IR), Ultra violet (UV), polarizing microscope equipped with heating stage, and Differential
scanning calorimeter (DSC), techniques were found to be nematic (enantiotropic).
The magnetic sensitivity of these compounds has been investigated. Molar conductivity
for the legand have shown that the free liquid crystal compound (twin dimmer) is non electrolyte

solution while their complexes are electrolyte, that means the negative ions are swimming out of
coordinated ball, as the following: [DBB-MnII].Cln.X; [DBB-CuII].Cln.X; [DBB-CoII].Cln.X
The legand effect of complexation with (Cu+2, Co+2, and Mn+2) on the (D.C) and (A.C)
values have been clear when the (D.C) electrical conductivity ranged from (10-12) to (10-٩)
(ohm.cm)-1 lies in the usual range of organic semiconductors.14,15 The (A.C) electrical
conductivity increases in the range of (10-11) to (10-6) (ohm.cm)-1.
However, the measurements of magnetic sensitivity for the complexes are refer to have a
paramagnetic property and have single electrons in outer electronic levels of the metal atoms,
these compounds have the following trend: (DBB-Mn +2) > (DBB- Cu +2) > (DBB-Co+2).

In this paper, Implantation profile I(z,E) and the penetration depths has been evaluated by employing a distribution function of Valkealahti-Nieminen for Diamond of differentthicknesses:0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.2,1.4,1.6 μm. The obtained results reveals that the Makhov,s profile decreased with increase the energy of the incident positron, and the implantation profile depths increased with an increase the energy of the incident positron.

Synthesis of The new 2-[6-Nitro-2-benzothiazolylazo]-4-Amino benzoic acid Organic Reagent for Spectrophotometric Determination of Lead (II)

A new 2-[6-Nitro-2-benzothiazolylazo]-4-amino benzoic acid (NO2BTAAB) organic reagent was synthesized. A sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method was proposed for the rapid determination of Pb(II) using (NO2BTAAB) reagent .The
reaction between Pb(II) and (NO2BTAAB) reagent is instantaneous at pH=8.0 and
the absorbance remains stable for over 24 hrs.
The Method allows for the determination of Pb(II) over the range (0.1-5.5) μg.ml-1
,with molar absorptivity of (2.248 x 10+4)L.mol -1.cm-1 and a detection limit of 0.012
μg.ml-1.Recovery and relative error values of precision and accuracy of method were
found to be R.S.D=2.6% , Re=103 % , and Erel = 3 % . The properties of complex
was studied and show;(M:R) ratio was 1:2 at pH=8.0 ,and the stability constant of
1.254 x 10+10 L2.mol-2 . The interferences of ions (NH4+,Ni2+ , CrO42- , Ag+ , Cu2+, Hg+2 ,WO4-2, Zn+2, Co2+ , Mg2+ , Cd2+, Ba2+ , Bi3+) and masking agents effect on absorbance were studied

Spectrophotometric Determination for Mercury(II),Lead(II) and Zinc(II) with 2-[(6- Methyl-2-Benzothiazolylazo)]-4-Chloro phenol as Organic Reagent

A sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method is proposed for the rapid determination of Mercury(II),Lead(II) and Zinc(II) using (6-MeBTAClP), as spectrophotometeric reagent. The (6 – MeBTAClP) reagent gives intense green colour when reacts with these in acetate buffer solution. The maximum absorbance observed at 637 nm,651 nm and 610 nm for Hg(II),Pb(II) and Zn(II) respectively. The molar absorptivity for Mercury(II),Lead(II) and Zinc(II) complexes is (9521.2 , 12714.2 and 12748.4) L.mol-1.cm-1 respectively. The Mole ratio 1:2 [M:L] for the complexes of Hg(II),Pb(II) and Zn(II). The linear range of(1-35),(1-18) and(1-16) respectively along with limit of detection 0.406, 0.05 and 0.188 µg mL-1. Relative standard deviation for seven replication measurements (2.71% Hg, 0.171% Pb and 0.209% Zn),and the recovery range of (97.43) , 97.65 and ( 97.95) were obtained for Hg(II), Pb(II) and Zn(II) ions ,and Erel=2.57 , 2.047 , 2.35 for Hg(II),Zn(II) and Pb(II) respectively. . The most important interference were due to Ni2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, WO42-, Pb2+,MoO42- , Hg2+, and CrO42- and suitable masking agents were used.

Effect of Pythiumaphanidermatum Fungus, Quality of Irrigation Water and their Interaction in the Percentage of Seeds Germination and Spinach Content of Gibberellic acid(GA3) and Zeatin hormones

The study results showed the superiority radial growth of the fungus Pythium aphanidermatum in
distilled water treatment and the river water treatment where reported 4.50 and 4.48 cm
respectively, compared to water drainage treatment, which was 4.06 cm . The results of the effect of
interaction between the fungi and the quality of irrigation water in the percentage of germination of
the spinach seeds and Weights of Gibberellic acid(GA3) hormone and Zeatin hormone to superiority
of control treatment and the river water treatment, which amounted to 99.22% and 95.33 and 0.5120
micro gm/gm weight of seedling respectively significantly compared to all treatments, and that the
highest percentage of death after seedling emergence was 100% in the P. aphanidermatum treatment
and water drainage treatment significantly uperior on all Treatments.
Notes from the results of the effect of fungus that control treatment (no fungus) increased
significantly the percentage of seed germination and weights of Gibberellic acid(GA3) hormone and
Zeatin hormone amounting 89.85% , 85.93 and 0.4302 micro gm/gm weight of seedling
respectively, compared to the P.aphanidermatum treatment, which was 35.62% ,72.35 and 0.3486
micro gm/gm weight of seedling respectively and in the order,While appeared a higher percentage
of death after seedling emergence in the P. aphanidermatum treatment amounting 92.82%
significantly superior compared to the control treatment (nofungus), which was 7.89%.This tudy
showed the effect of the quality of irrigation water to nthe river water treatment worked to a
significant increase in the percentage of seeds germination and weights of Gibberellic acid(GA3)
hormone and Zeatin hormone amounting73.21% , 89.21 and 0.4574 micro/gm weigh tof seedling
respectively compared to the water drainage treatment, which were 52.25% , 69.07and 0.3214
microgm weight of seedling respectively and in the order,The study also showed that water drainage
treatment has worked to increase the percentage of the death after seedling emergence amounting
56.66% compared to the river water treatment, which was 44.04%.

Impact of silinity levels, gibberellin and prolin on some vegetative characteristics and qualities on chard plant (Beta vulgaris sub sp. cicla)

An experiment was conducted in the winter season of the year (2012 - 2013) in a private AlHur district in Karbala governorate, to study the effect of irrigation with salt water and spraying
with gibberellic and proline acids and their interaction on some vegetative and quality
characteristics of chard plant (Beta vulgaris sub sp. cicla) grown in saline soil.
The design of the experiment was randomized complete blocks (RCBD) in a factorial
arrangement with three replications. The first factor was three levels of saline water (2, 4 and 6)
ds. L-1 in addition to the river water as a control. The second factor was three concentration of
each of GA3 and proline (50, 100 and 150) mg. L-1 in addition to the river water as a control.
Means were compared by using averages revised least significant difference (RLSD) at 0.05
probability level when the treatments referred to significant effect. Results showed:
1- Negative effect of salinity levels on the qualities of the vegetative plant chard.
2- Increas of N% by impact of salinity level 2 ds. L-1 and K% increased with silinity level of
salinity 2 ds. L-1, as well as the potassium% content of the leaves with a salinity 4ds. L-1.
3 - Gibberellic acid was dominant on proline acid in terms of chard plant by 150 mg.L -1
concentration while proline acid was dominant on gibberellic acid with 100 mg. L -1
concentration.
4- The interaction between the salinity levels and acids concentrations add showed a significant
difference in most of the traits of the plant, especially in combinations consisting of level 2 ds.
L-1 or comparison of saline with gibberellic acid by 150 mg. L-1 before flowering and 50 or
100 mg. L-1 after flowering while gave a combination of salinity level 4 ds. L-1 with
concentration of proline acid 100 mg.L-1 higher content of potassium% leaves.

Abstract
This study deals with a number of skeletal muscles in two types of birds ; flying (pigeon )
and running (chicken ) types . The total number of the studied birds was 30; 15 were chicken
and 15 were pigeons. Some of the physiological and histological characteristics of the muscle
fibers (red, white, and intermediate ), the percentage of fibers diameter in the studied
muscles, and the change noted in the muscle weight with advancing age had been calculated.
The species of the chicken in this study was Gallusdomesticus , while the species of the
pigeons was Columbia livia.
The muscles that is used in the study were : pectoralis muscle , femortibialis, triceps,
biceps brachii, extensor carpi radialis muscle, and gastrocnemius muscles in two age groups
of birds; ( 3-6 ) and ( 6-12 ) months .
The results had shown that the skeletal muscles in birds consist of heterogenous mixture of
the three types of muscle fibers ( red, white, and intermediate ) and that the size of the white
muscle fibers in pectoralis muscle of both types ( chicken and pigeons ) and in both age
groups used in this study was about 75% of the total size of the muscle i.e. the white fibers are
the predominant type of fibers in this muscle, while the red fibers forms about 25% of the
total size.

Husenawyia and Al–Pteira), humic acid and zolfast application methods (foliar and addition to
irrigation water) and this concentration (recommended and doubled) on qualitative charectristics
of fruits
The humic acid and zolfast formulas were added twice by the use of hand sprayer. The
recommended concentration for humic acid and zolfast as foliar spraying were 1 ml.L-1 and 2
ml.L-1 if doubled respectively while when used with irrigation water 4.8 ml.L-1 and 9.6 ml.L-1 at
double for humic acid 7.2 and 14.4 ml.L-1 for zolfast if doubled.
The design of the experiment was Randomized Complete Blocks in a factorial arrangement
(2×2×5) in three replications. The RLSD at 0.05 was used as a method of mean separation
treatment effect was evident.The results showed:
1- Al–Husenawyia cultivar was superior on Al–Pteira cultivar in mucilage, percentage of protein,
carbohydrates and oil refractive index.
2- Foliar application method of humic acid and zolfast showed beneficial effect on all parameters
studies.
3- Percentage of fiber was lower with the use of zolfast compared to humic acid and control. No
significant difference was found between the recommended concentrations of humic acid or
zolfast in carbohydrates%, mucilage and oil refractive index.
4- The interaction between cultivars and humic acid and zolfast concentrations revealed that both
cultivars had different response to the applied concentrations of humic and zolfast. Al–
Husenawyia had higher percentage of fiber, mucilage, oil refractive index with the double
recommended humic acid.
5- The three way interaction factors studied in the experiment revealed an increase in growth
parameter of both cultivars when humic acid and zolfast were added in their higher
concentration (double recommended) by foliar application. Al–Husenawyia cultivar was
higher in all parameters with the use of higher concentration of humic acid and zolfast when
applied with irrigation water or foliar application. The three way interaction revealed no
significant difference in the percentage of oil.

The study used Glomus sp and some species of Trichoderma spp in Resistance - disease of charcoal rot of
sunflower plant that caused by Macrophmina phaseolina where it found that the types of Trichoderma
spp have inhibition a role to Macrophmina phaseolina where all isolates of Trichoderma spp have a
good ability towards the pathogenic M. phaseolina in spoting inhabitation method where the
inhibition zone was 2.6 , 2.5, 2.4 , 2.4 and 2.4 cm for T.h, T. r , T. t , T.a and T.v , respectively, as
well as the double inhabitation method the T.harizanum was significantly the best comparative with
the rest of the types of Trichoderma spp. the study, the GCMS device was identified many chemical
compounds of Trichoderma harizanum that act as anti- biotic such as Linoleic acid
It was found that Glomus sp have ability to motivate resistance in sunflower plant against pathogenic
fungus M . phaseolina through deposition lignin on the walls of plant cells when used types of bioagent Trichoderma spp . outweigh all kinds of fungus Trichoderma spp used may have reduced the
severity of infection by the fungus M.phaseolina when used in contaminated soil fungus pathogen
three days but the fungus Glomus sp and T.h and T.v were the most influential and significant
difference from other rest of fungi.

Atotal of three hundred and twenty one samples were collected from midstream urine
taken from patients suffering from urinary tract infections. 39 isolates of Proteus mirabilis
were isolated and identified depending on their morphological properties( cultural and
microscopical) and biochemical tests. The study has declared that the ratio of separation this
bacterium from women was (8.41%) and it is higher than the ratio of separation in both
children and men which ranged (2.8%) and (0.93%) respectively . The antibiotics sensitivity
of the isolates were tested against twenty-four antibiotics, the isolates showed high resistance.
The impinem , meropenem, amikacin and ciprofloxacin were found more effective. The
combination of antibiotics showed active synergism effect against multidrugs resistance of
the isolates, especially between aminoglycoside (Amikacin and gentamycin) and quinolones
(Ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin) and cephalosporins antibiotics(Cefotaxim and sefitrixon) and
aminoglycoside antibiotics fromone sideand quinolones from other side.

In this search, 112-Xe isotope has been studies by the interacting boson model (IBM-
1) to determine the energy levels and the electric quadruple moments Q21+ , In addition, by the
program IBMT was used for evaluating the reduced transition probability B(E2). The square
of rotational energy and the moment of inertia were calculated . spin and parity for some
energy levels, which were never determined experimentally . It was found that the of (3.293 ,
2.338 , 2.069, 1.617 , 1.25, 0.658 )MeV for112Xe spin and parity of are
(122+,102+,82+,62+,42+,22+,02+), respectively.
According to the IBM, It was found that the 112-Xe isotope the belong to the
transition region SU(5)→O(6. (

Eighteen clinical ear and wound swaps were collected from patients attending
AlfuratAl-awsatHospital in Al-KufaCity , bacterial isolates were identified after
culturing the swaps , the results indicated that the most frequent isolates were
Pseudomonas aeuroginosa and Acinobacter baumanii.
Extract from Quercusinfectoria was prepared using ethyl alcohol as a high
polarity solvent then screened for antibacterial activity at the
concentrations(125,250,375, and 500mg/ml) using agar well diffusion method. Crud
extract exhibited a strong inhibition effect against P. aeruginosa ranging between
(13.5-22.5mm) and moderate antibacterial effect for A. baumanii (13-18mm).

Synopsis:
The present study bring to light that Mesopotamia region attended an fluctuation in
UV-B radiation frequency to record a range value 200-280 nm, this change in turn play a
corner role in the spread a radiation environmental pollution led to the injury of the outdoor
cat's integument with malignant melanoma. physiologically 10 factors were been tested to
being affected by this disorder including heart beats, breathing times, ADH value, melatonin
value, Ca++-K+-Na+ levels, differential WBCs (neutrophil & basophil) values, and anemia
occurrence, where they were showed a change in their values considered statistically within
the significance levels. On the other hand, the histopathological sections explains a type of
agglutinations for some abnormal naevus cells accompanied with a shrank of the injured cells
with signs of rigidity for their nucleus.
Conclusion derived from the available data proved that high frequency of UV
radiations at this region of Iraq causing mighty appearance of malignant melanoma at the
outdoor cats.
