Abstract:-
Let U denote the unit ball in the complex plane, the Hardy space H2 is the set of functions holomorphic on U such that with denotes then the Taylor coefficient of f . Let be a holomorphic self-map of U, the composition operator induced by is defined on H2 by the equation

We have studied the composition operator induced by the automorphism and discussed the adjoint of the composition of the symbol .We have look also at some known properties on composition operators and tried to see the analogue properties in order to show how the results are changed by changing the function in U.
In order to make the work accessible to the reader, we have included some known results with the details of the proofs for some cases and proofs for the properties .

Plasticization of new polymers derivatives from poly (vinyl alcohol)

Reaction of poly ( vinyl alcohol ) with adipoly dichloride in presence of benzene gave copoly ( vinyloxy adipoly chloride).This is the first step.The second step included the reaction of the prepared copolymer with ethanol to give copolymers(vinyloxy adipoly ester) which containing pendant esters group on polymeric chain.
The prepared copolymers were identified by FT-IR and 1H –NMR spectra, and by studing the physical properties such as softening or melting points and solubility.

Temperature Effect on the Chromatographic Behavior of Some Organophosphorus Compounds on LAC-Series as Stationary Phases

This study deals with the chromatographic behavior that is order of elution and resolution of some organophosphorus compounds [ Dimethyl phosphate (DMPH), Dimethyl methyl phosphate (DMMP), Tri methyl phosphate (TMPO), Triethyl phosphate (TEP). ] on various polyesters liquid phases LAC-series [ Poly ethylene glycol succinate (LAC-886), Poly diethylene glycol succinate (LAC-738), Poly ethylene glycol tetrachlorophthalate (LAC-772), Poly diethylene glycol adipate (LAC-296), and poly neopentyl glycol adipate (LAC-769).] by using flame ionization detector (FID)in gas chromatography at different column temperatures ranged from 90Cº to 180Cº at 10Cº increasment. On optimum carrier gas (nitrogen) flow rate of 30 ml min‾¹ . Detector temperature and column inlet temperature were set above of column temperature (50) Cº, (25) Cº respectively.
Aim: To find the optimum conditions to separate organophosphorus compounds in various polyesters liquid phases.

Microbial contamination of drinking water supplies in Basrah province

Abstract:-
Microbial contamination of water persists to be a major problem; the usual source is human and animal fecal matters that have entered the water systems.The presence of bacteria and pathogenic organisms is of great concern when considering the safety of drinking water, as pathogenic organisms can cause intestinal infections, dysentery, hepatitis, cholera and other serious illnesses. Water samples for laboratory examination were collected from 14 areas all over the Basra governorate , three samples were taken from each area .The total number examined was 84 samples, which were classified as : 42 samples from Reverse Osmosis (RO) Drinking water ,and 42 samples from Tap water. Each sample was submitted for direct microscopic examination, then cultivation was done using appropriate media for the identification of microbial contaminants (bacterial and fungal).Tap water samples were found to be highly contaminated with many types of pathogenic bacteria such as Coliform ,Salmonella,Shigella,Pseudomonas . and Candida and fungi were detected in all samples examined , whereas R.O. water samples also were found contaminated with Candida and fungi in all samples , other pathogens such as Coliform in almost all of the tanks from which the samples were collected . In conclusion the main results were that drinking water in Basrah is not safe from the microbiological point of view.
The aim: This microbiological study takes a glance at the current situation regarding how healthy drinking water supplies are in Basrah.

Synthesis of new Nucleoside & Nucleotide Analogues

The designed multistep synthetic route to these nucleoside start with diacetone glucose (1 ) prepared in one step from D-glucose [Scheme.A ].
Oxidation of the diacetone glucose (1) with dimethyl sulphoxide and acetic anhydride of the 3-hydroxyl group gave the corresponding ulose derivative (2).Condensation of (2) with nitromethane under PTC condition yielded the nitromethyl derivative (3), which was converted to the derivative (4). Upon treatment with nitromethane in presence of sodium ethoxide. To obtain the first type of nucleoside analogues (18) , (19) , (20 ) and (21 ); isopropyiidene acetal at -5,6-position was removed with acetic acid followed by periodate oxidation and borohydride reduction to give the derivative (9). The 5-hydroxyl group was protected with benzoyl group using benzoyl chloride to give the 5-benzoate derivative (8). Treatment with trifluouro acetic anhydride in the presence of acetic acid gave the 1,2-di-O-¬trifloro acetylated derivative (9). When (9) was allowed to react with mercuric theophylline salt ,mercuric indole salt , silylated uracil and silylated cytosine, the four nucleoside analogues (14),(15), (16) and (17) were obtained.The free nucleoside (18),(19), (20) and (21) were obtained when (14),(15), (16) and (17) were allowed to react with sodium methoxide in methanol.The second type [Scheme. B ] of nucleotide analogues was obtained from the condensation of ethylcanoacetate derivative with (2) to (give the derivative (22), followed by addition potassium cyanide in basic media gave (23 ) .Deprotection of the isopropylidene derivative at 5,6-position followed by periodate oxidation and borohydride reduction in situ gave the ribo derivative (25) .Benzoylation of the ribo derivative (25) with benzoy1 chloride protected the 5-hvdroxyl group to give (26) [Scheme. B ]. Treatment of (26) with acetic acid and trifluoro acetic anhydride gave the 1,2-di-O-¬trifluoro acetylated derivative (27).The condensation of (27)with the mercuric theophylline salt ,mercuric indole salt , silylated uracil and silylated cytosine yielded the nucleotide analogue (28),(29),(30) and (31) respectively .Hydrolysis under basic condition yield the free nucleotide analogue (32), (33) , (34) and (35 ).The synthesized derivatives were characterized by thin layer Chromatography, infrared spectroscopy ,13CNMR ,1HNMR ( nuclear magnetic resonance) .It is hoped that the new synthesized nucleoside and nucleotide analogues may possess antiviral , anticancer and antibacterial activity.

Evaluation of Candida albicans Diagnosis by using conventional PCR

This study involved evaluate conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique using kit 500/730 IC(Sacace, Italy) to detect Candida albicans in urine of female patients from Samawah gynaecological hospital. The evaluation performed by comparing C. albicans PCR direct diagnosis of clinical specimens with germ tube formation and api Candida system (bioMe´rieux, France). We collected 116 urine specimens of female patients in age ranging 20-50 years. The results of DNA amplification tests show 50 of these 116 specimens were positive for 500 b.p band on agarose gel. Both specificity and sensitivity of PCR diagnosis of Candida albicans were 100%.

Spectrophotometric determination for micro amount of Lead(II) in environmental and vital samples by 2-[Benzo thiozolyl azo]-4-Benzyl phenol

2-[Benzo thiozolyl azo]-4-Benzyl phenol (BTABP)was used as an organic reagent to form complex with Lead(II) having maximum absorbance at (λ=393 nm) and molar absorbency ε=2121 L mol-1cm-1.The optimum condition studies about complexation reaction demonstrated PH=9, 25minutes shaking time, stoichiometry shows the complex have a structure of 1:2(metal:ligand) [Pb+2(BTABP-)2] ,as well complexation reaction was endothermic reaction without any effect for polarity of organic solvent on extraction method but there is effected for organic solvent structure ,in addition of used this organic reagent as spectrophotometric reagent for determination of Lead(II) in different samples of plants soils and water at different position in Al- Najaf governorate, with RSD%=1.2 , DL=3.492×10-6 and Sandell,s sensitivity S=9.77×10-7mg cm-2.

A Study of some physical properties of the overlay resin unsaturated polyester paperboard Bottiyan Alcaulan and Bentonite Iraqis

The study aims to look at the effect of adding powder ratio of clays Kaúlan Duejlh Iraqi processor PVA material on the behavior of the physicist a poly resin ester is saturated and compared with the case of added bentonite Iraqi processor textured PVA. Preparation of the samples were overlaid with the basis of unsaturated polyester reinforced percentages add (2-4-6-8 - 10%) for each of Alcaúlan and bentonite treated and the size of grains D <75μm degree of roasting 3000 C for 2hr, and conducted several tests to study the physical behavior of these samples prepared, such as virtual porosity, bulk density and water absorption.

The functional response parameters and patterns of male and female Coccinellid Coccinella undecimpunctata L. were evaluated to find out how this predator respond at four different prey nymphal instars across various prey densities levels . Both male and female predator exhibited a decelerating curve Type П responses at all different nymphal instars of the prey .
The calculated values of coefficient of attack rates of predators females were much higher than those of male predator at all different nymphal instars of the prey .The calculated values of coefficient of attack for female predator at 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th nymphal aphid instars were 1.2 , 1.18 , 0,64 and 0.5 consequently as compared with 0.65 , 0.54 , 0.33 and 0.23 for males . However , the calculated values of handling times of male predator was longer that of female ones at different nymphal instars of the prey , thus , the handling time of male predator at 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th nymphal aphid instars were 4.2 , 5.6 , 5.8 and 6.3 min. respectively as compared with 2.3 , 3.6 , 3.9 and 4.5 min. respectively for female predator .

The Study of Mechanical Properties of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Modified with Local Cheap Fillers.

In this paper we report the study of mechanical properties of (high density polyethylene modified by sawdust). Several concentration of sawdust (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%) have been used. The study involves the calculating Young modules, Tensile strength and elongation. The obtained results showed that the adding of sawdust as a filler to HDPE decreasing the elongation by 80% relative to its original value were this decrease was rapid in filler range (5%-25%) and explained in the term of decreasing the polymeric chains distance. Thus the modified polymer has a high ability against the applied stress. Also we found that the elongation is positively proportional to sawdust concentration. The stiffness is also increased with the increase of the filler. Another obtained result showed some kind of fluctuating in young modulus values according to the decrease between (5%-10%) and the highest calculating value at 20% of sawdust concentration .Thus the 20% of filler concentration is the best concentration of sawdust through the combination the good stiffness and high elasticity. Finally the relation between the tension at yield for the modified polymer is inversely decreasing with filler concentration in a linear dependence according to the increment in stiffness.

A study of some biological sides for fungi isolated from keratitis case in some patients attended to al-Diwanyia teaching hospital

The recent study aimed isolation and identification of fungi associated with keratitis in some patients attended to Al-Diwanyia teaching hospital and study of some biological sides of it ,the results of study showed percentage of isolation was (40%) and total number of fungal isolates was (49) included (7)fungal genus in addition to two species of candida sp , take highest rate of isolation(44.89%) was to Aspergillus sp while rate of isolation of Paecilomyces variotii was only (2.04%) . Results of chemical test by Coconut Extract Agar medium showed the rate of aflatoxin production by isolated fungi in this study was (30.61%) and this ability of production was by number of isolates of Aspergills sp only , A.flavus reported highest rate for production (88.8%) ,when detection for ability of fugal isolates on secretion of Protease and lipase enzymes we found all isolates of fungi had ability to secretion of these enzymes with variable according to genus and species of fungi so some of tested fungi had ability to hemolytic of blood with different in diameter of lysis zone and time which necessary for lysis according to genus and species of fungi where percentage for ability of fungi to hemolytic of blood was (73.4%) where A.fumigatus was faster than other fungi by lysis of blood in three day in lysis zone (29)ml ,while yeast did not appear any ability to lysis of blood.

Separation and Study Isoenzymes of Soluble Acetyl Cholineesterase in Normal Human Brain and Gliomas Tumors

Soluble AchE had extracted from human brain (control)and Gliomas with a percent(21.08)of the total enzyme activity.Ammonium sulphate fractionation of solublel AchE extract from the human brain precipitated at (30-50)%saturattion with fold purification of (2.17).The enzyme was partially purified by Gel filtration chromatography on Sepharose-6Bgel where two peaks was obtained (named A,B) with fold purification(19.00and(24.1)respectively.Polyacrylamide gel(7.5%) electrophoresis revealed three bands of enzymatic activity for partially purified soluble AchE(control human brain),while two bands were separated from crude soluble AchE (Gliomas).The optimum reaction condtions: [s],pH and temperature had been estimated for both individual isoenzymes exhibited significantdifferece in some kinetic prprties including Vmax ,Kmand pH optima, while optimum substrate and temperature were examined without finding any significant difference between the formsbefore and after purification.

A New Proposed Method Using Windows Technique For Recognition Of Secure Keys

Recognition of secret keys is considered as an important matter for the workers and specialists for analyzing of cryptographic algorithms, or for the evaluation of the security of these algorithms.
This paper presents a newly proposed method depending on the utilization of window’s technique on the histogram of statistical occurrences of Arabic letters of the cipher messages.
This technique can be considered as an alternative tool for the linear complexity profile used with stream cipher system. The method tested through many examples, and it is founded to be promising to be applied for different cipher algorithms.

Studying Effect of Suspension of Some Fungi in CONTROL Myzus Persicae (Sulzer)Insect

The current study included isolation and identification of fungi associated with peach Green aphid insect myzus persicae .Results showed that the fungal suspension of p.oxalicum gave the highest percent of mortality of (76.43,73.42 ) % , Meanwhile the lowest percent of mortality was by the effect of T.harzianum suspension of ( 57.59 , 54.21 ) % for nymph and adults respectively in all concentrations. The results showed also that , superior of fungal suspension of p.oxalicum in concentrations (100 ,50 ) % in mortality percent was (33.33, 30.00 ) % respectively for adult ,compared with (36.66,30.33 )% respectivilty for numph after 24 h from the treatment, meanwhile the lowest percent of mortality was by the the effect of T. harzianum suspension of 16.66% for both concentrations for adult, compared with 20.00% for both concentration after 24 h from the treatment for numph.The insecticide (wide) showed highly percent of mortality when it sprayed on adults and nymph of insect of 90% , and the treatment of fungi showed superior of p. oxalicum suspension on adults and nymph of insect that gave 36.66, 33.33 % of percent mortality after 24h .

Isolation and identification of Alternaria species isolated from plant parts and evaluated their enzymatic activities

This study, aim to typification of Alternaria species and evaluated their enzymatic production, and the result showed : isolation and identification 14 species of Alternaria from plant parts included leaves, fruits and roots . These species are A.alternata, A.arborescens, A.arbusti , A.brassicicola, A.chlamydospora, A.citri , A.dennisii, A.eryngii, A.jabonica, A.longipes , A.metachromatica, A.pluriseptata, A.radicina and A.tenuissima.also the result showed high frequency of A.alternata is 46.15% while the lower frequency value 1.92% for A.arbusti, A.chlamydospora, A.longipes , A.metachromatica and A.radicina . This study divided of Alternaria species in four groups depend on morphology of conidia and conidiophores for the first time in Iraq, as well these fungi produced six enzymes but they variable in their activities on substrates media, the A.alternata has highest enzymatic producer compared with the other species .

Urinogenital inflammation and effected in some parameters of blood in Najaf city

The present study carried out in AL-Sadar hospital,23 sample has collected from patient with inflimation of urinogenital system for males at ages (1-15),(16-30),(31-45),(46-60),(61-75) and for females taked the same ages that presented above,some parameters of blood were collected like:haemoglobin meter and Estimation Sedimintation Rate and blood cell voliume also (23)samples collected for control,and carried out analysis for comparison with patient,also collected (23)samples from urine of patient and control .
The resukts were:
1-significant increase (p<0.05)in male and female,this increase was(48±36.4)compared with control(7.45±0.4).
2-signifigant decrease(p<0.05)in blood cell volume(pcv)and theres no significant differences in haemoglobin percentage.
3-Found significant differences between patients and sex,females infections higher than males .
4-Theris weak relationship between infection and ages,when increase age,the infection also increase with urinogenital inflammation ,the ages(46-60)was infected (48±36.4)compared with ages (1-15)year that percentage of infection was(0.36±0.08).

Study discouragement effectiveness for producer Bacteriocin from Lactobacillus spp. Against some isolates which belongs to Salmonella spp

The ability of six isolates which belongs to Lactobacillus spp. Involved four isolates to L. plantarum and two isolates to L. acidophilus Were tested to produce bacteriocin and to give a better discouragement effectiveness against eight isolates which belongs to Salmonella spp. Involved five isolates to S. typhimurium and three isolates to S. enteritidis, after filtering the cultures, where the well diffusion assay method was used , So the discouragement effectiveness for Lactobacillus spp. against Salmonella spp. were contracted so the results showed that effects of Lactobacillus spp. was very big on some Salmonella isolates involved S. enteritidis (2) and two isolates to S. typhimurium (4 and 6) where discouragement diameter ranged between under of 10 – 19 mm, while the influence was convergent on bacterial isolates on two isolates from S. enteritidis (1 and 2) and two isolates from S. typhimurium (5 and 6), where discouragement diameter ranged between (2 – 12) mm. But the isolate S. typhimurium (8) was not showed any mentioned sensitivity towards bacteriocin that was produced from the appendant isolates for Lactobacillus spp.The results showed that the isolate L. plantarum (5) was more efficiency On inhibited Salmonella spp. Growth where discouragement diameter ranged between (2 – 12) mlm, while L. plantarum (2) was less efficiency, where confine discouragement on two isolates S. typhimurium (4 and 7) where discouragement diameter (3 and 2) mm respectively.

Response to Biofertilizer and Foliar Fertilizer on the growth Coriandrum sativum L. Plant

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of biofertilizer (Agrispoon) and foliar fertilizer (Fertec) and their combinations on vegetativel of Coriandrum sativum L. cv local. Four concentrations of Agrispoon were used; 0, 5, 7.5 and 10 ml /L which was sprayed on the plant shoot at 24/11/2008. Foliar fertilizer (Fertec which contains, Fe, Zn and Mn in addition to NPK) was used at five concentrations; 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 mg /L which was prayed on plant shoot at 25/ 11/ 2008.The experiment was layed down as a factorial experiment with two factors(4×5)in completely randomized design with three replications (CRD). Vegetative characters measured were included; plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, leaf area, stem diameter Also, percent of total nitrogen, and zinc were determined . The results were as follow:

1- Using of biofertilizer especially at 7.5 ml /L caused a significant increase in all vegetative parameters studied
2-Increasing concentrations of foliar fertilizer caused a significant increase in all vegetative parameters studied. They reached their higher value at 60g/L

Effect of watery alcoholic extract of Datura Fastuosa on growth of pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from burns and wounds infection

The results of recent study showed Pseudomonas aeruginosa had percentage (40%) from total swabs which contaminated with bacteria that equal to (55)swab, and these swabs were collected from burns and wounds patients hospitalization in Al-Diwania teaching hospital .And above bacteria resistant Streptomycin Amikacin ,trimethoprim Nalidixic acid, by rate (100%) and Ceftriaxone by (77.22%),where watery and alcoholic extract of Datura fastuosa showed inhibition activity for this bacteria

Histological Study for embryological development of Mesonephros in Chick embryo of Galus galus

The study aimed to shed light on the histological developments of the mesonephros in broiler chicken embryos because of the economic importance of animals for the purpose of research results to benefit from future improvements in disease resistance and the selection of the best environment for breeding of beneficial generally healthy and economically.
The broiler Gallus gallus embryos were used in the study by 5 normal embryos for each age are taken every 24 hours and the study included the following ages (5-19) on incubated and extracted the embryos and fixed in Carnoy’s fluid to be ready for histological preparation and microscopically examination. Histological development of embryos has been following by measuring the diameters of mesonephros and glomerular diameter and thickness of layers of Bowman's capsule as well as secretory tubules diameters (proximal tubule and distal tubule) and disposal tubules (collecting tubule and renal channel).
Observed the mesonephros on the fifth day of incubation, but were of glomeruli is not sheathed by Bowman’s capsule that arose later when the seventh day of incubation, and was higher diameter has a record of the ninth day and then returned to fade and disappear when the fourteenth day-old embryo after it passed the process of programing cell death.
Recorded increase in diameter of glomerulus until the end of the thirteenth day of incubation to disappear in mesonephros with it disappearance. Also recorded an increase in the diameter of the secretory and disposal tubules with age during the embryonic stages studied and in different proportions.
We can deduce through the results of the present study that arise in the mesonephros on the fifth day of incubation and disappear in the fourteenth day.
The study also reported that the kidney suffers from programing cell death during embryonic development.

Microbial contamination of drinking water supplies in Basrah province

Microbial contamination of water persists to be a major problem; the usual source is human and animal fecal matters that have entered the water systems . The presence of bacteria and pathogenic organisms is of great concern when considering the safety of drinking water, as pathogenic organisms can cause intestinal infections as dysentery, cholera and hepatitis, and other serious illnesses . Water samples for laboratory examination were collected from 14 areas all over the Basra governorate. Six samples were taken from each area . The total number examined was 84 samples, which were classified as : 42 samples from Reverse Osmosis (RO) Drinking water ,and 42 samples from Tap water. Each sample was submitted for direct microscopic examination, then culture was done using appropriate media for the identification of microbial contaminants (bacterial and fungal). Tap water samples were found to be highly contaminated with many types of pathogenic bacteria such as Coliform, Salmonella ,Shigella ,Pseudomonas, Candida and other types of fungi in all samples, whereas R.O. water samples also were found contaminated with Candida and other types of fungi in all samples of the tanks from which the samples were collected . In conclusion the main results were that drinking water in Basrah is not safe from the microbiological point of view.

A New Proposed Method Using Windows Technique For Recognition Of Secure Keys

Recognition of secret keys is considered as an important matter for the workers and specialists for analyzing of cryptographic algorithms, or for the evaluation of the security of these algorithms.
This paper presents a newly proposed method depending on the utilization of window’s technique on the histogram of statistical occurrences of Arabic letters of the cipher messages.
This technique can be considered as an alternative tool for the linear complexity profile used with stream cipher system. The method tested through many examples, and it is founded to be promising to be applied for different cipher algorithms.

Urinogenital inflammation and effected in some parameters of blood in Najaf city

The present study carried out in AL-Sadar hospital,23 sample has collected from patient with inflimation of urinogenital system for males at ages (1-15),(16-30),(31-45),(46-60),(61-75) and for females taked the same ages that presented above,some parameters of blood were collected like:haemoglobin meter and Estimation Sedimintation Rate and blood cell voliume also (23)samples collected for control,and carried out analysis for comparison with patient,also collected (23)samples from urine of patient and control .
The resukts were:
1-significant increase (p<0.05)in male and female,this increase was(48±36.4)compared with control(7.45±0.4).
2-signifigant decrease(p<0.05)in blood cell volume(pcv)and theres no significant differences in haemoglobin percentage.
3-Found significant differences between patients and sex,females infections higher than males .
4-Theris weak relationship between infection and ages,when increase age,the infection also increase with urinogenital inflammation ,the ages(46-60)was infected (48±36.4)compared with ages (1-15)year that percentage of infection was(0.36±0.08).
