Abstract
Through examination of 183 sample of the fresh water fish liza abu obtained from Al-furat Riverin
The-Qar Governoraate the percentage of total internal parasites in fection was 45.90% They were the
trematode clinostomum Complanatum 15.30% , The percentage of in fection with
Neochinorhynchus iraqensis 9.83% and the infection oocyst of cryptosporidium spp 12.02
and the infection by the larva stage contracaecum sp. 8.74% and interinal parasites were
recorded for the first time in laza abu fish inThe-Qar.
